Proposition
Mr A was selling his home in West London for £1,000,000 and had found a new home in the country for £3,500,000.
Our client was experiencing difficulty, however, in obtaining mortgage finance as his existing bank and broker both had concluded that his latest accounts were not strong enough to support the £2,700,000 that he required in order to purchase his new home.
Solution
When Private Finance were instructed, we identified that his business was going from strength to strength and that the positive trend in the accounts was strong. We asked the client for his management accounts and with these we were able negotiate and secure funding with a private bank which was 5 x the client’s income based on the management accounts figures.
